I'm so sorry you had this happen. I agree that puppies are born with wormss but if they have been wormed properly as babies, the vet should not have found wormss. The fleas are also bad this year. I wonder if the mama dog might have picked them up and carried to the babies. that worries me with mine. Also, the red ants have taken over here in my yard and that worries me too. i don't think they would stay on dogs, don't really know, but i worry that they will get in long coats and be carried into the house. of course, my babies are not out in the house but mama is. This is the problem we see a lot on here. People coming on and making one or two posts then advertising puppies for sale. We know nothing about them or their breeding practices. Cheap isn't always better not when you have these kinds of vet bills . I always advise people looking for a pup to buy from someone that has been a long standing member of yt instead of the new sellers. the long time members are well known to everyone and while you may still get a sick puppy, the chances are good that you will get a wonderful puppy. |
