I am sorry you are going through this, just like the other poster mentioned though, carsickness is normal for a puppy, and they do get worms very easily. It does help if the breeder takes the puppies in for a vet check and a fecal before going to their new homes. The skin I am not sure about, could be flea bites or any kind of insect if she played outside a lot. Depending on the weather they are more common in certain places and easy to get if a puppy is low to the ground. It would have been nice if there were disclosed prior to the puppy going home with you. All vets are different and another one may not have put her on the antibiotics and just told you to wash her in a shampoo. Most breeders don't cover the initial vet visit, even if something small is wrong or needed. I also don't think this person is a breeder. If I remember correctly her female had an accidental litter and is going to be spayed to prevent any future litters. A breeder with experience would probably have done things differently, but for someone who just let their female have a litter it is another story.
