Hi there,

My name is Dani and my husband and I just got a Yorkie 2 1/2 weeks ago!

Her name is Poppy and she was born on May 6, 2009, so she's about 13 weeks old and 2 lbs, 4ounces.

This is my first time ever having a dog. I've raised seven cats, one that lived seventeen years and just passed this past January. We currently have three kitties and one new little Yorkie puppy.

I've had about a million questions and thankfully friends of mine who have small dogs have been able to help.

She's doing well. We had a little scare a few days after we got her, but anti-biotics and lots of vitamins and tender loving care, have made her *strong* and happy.

We are not crate training her, so she has a lot of accidents, but that's to be expected I'd imagine since she's still a little baby.

So I just wanted to introduce myself and introduce Poppy.

I look forward to getting to know you all!
