We recently have encountered the same problem with my 7 mo old puppy. I had him neutered about three weeks ago and he has totally regressed with his potty training ever since. He used to use the doggie door regularly for his business, but now he just goes wherever he pleases in the house. It's almost as if he's just too lazy to walk the extra feet to go outside. Maybe he's punishing me for "punishing" him. It's very frustrating though.
