A quick google search came up with anywhere between 9-15 years and 12-16 years. Our yorkie/chihuahua mix (rest his soul) lived to 16.5 yrs. While nearly blind with cataracts and the occasional seizure, he was spunky up until the last few days of his life. He is the reason I'm yorkie crazy. Looked and acted like a purebred. I'm nuts for yorkies!
