I am thinking for 6 years and kept thinking until now ! I am not the kind of person who does things in a "whim" otherwise i would have a full house again.
I think you are right about being concerned on the size, i have a few friends who have dogs of different sizes, one of them has a big German Shepard and a tiny yorkie, she is fine as the yorkie "terrior" takes care of the G.S. but the other has a mix and a yorkie, she needs to keep them separate all the time, the mix does hurt the tiny yorkie, they like to play rough and that is the problem.
