I have just discovered that unseasoned, oil free yam fries baked in the oven are a puppy pleaser too.

I baked them for about 10 mins on the first side and 10 mins on the other at about 400 degrees and once they cooled off, Dooie could not get enough of them. Yams are supposed to be good for their tummies I guess. Yams are really inexpensive too I discovered.

Anyways, you could try those??
