My dog loves cats and always has, but I have read where most Yorkie's don't. I think they must think they are prey, such as a rat. I think the idea of getting the cat smell into your dogs bed might be a good one. I have had cats that did not like each other and wanted to fight under a door for a week or so and then all of a sudden they got along fine. Hopefully, it will just take time. Maybe you need to have a heart to heart talk with your dog about the cat. You might think this idea is nuts, but it can't hurt.
