We have the same problem. I'm trying some of the positive rewards but she gets so excited that she ignores the treats. On the last walk it was a tiny bit better but we have a longggggggggg way to go.
Gentle Leader Harness? I have seen them mentioned but don't know what they do exactly. Could someone please explain?
