I do not own a dog yet, hopefully will soon, but here in my area the grooming parlor has a glass window and you can watch the groomers working. I like that a lot. I was there another day watching and they were doing a nice job, i did not see any rudeness or anything bad at all. I feel more comfortable on a setting like that as there is always someone watching .
