Coty was not microchipped and he didn't have on his collar either.
The good news is that we've found the dog's owner. His name is Sunny and she said that my description of a really "bad haircut" was the clincher for her. She said that she'd botched him last week. She is on her way to be reunited with her little one. I also gave her the name of my groomer
