If she is 1 pound 16 oz (2 lbs) then she is consider big for 5 weeks in general. However, each dog is different, the weight guideline is just an estimate. If you don't want her to grow too big, you just have to make sure you don't overfeed her and give her lots of exercise.

I agree, if she is 1lb (16oz) then she should only be around 4-4.5 lbs full grown, that isn't big. But if she is 2lbs (32oz) thats big, and who cares, as long as she is healthy!!
