I'm not sure a cotton coat can be made super shiny. The reason it is cottony is because it doesn't contain the proper light reflecting needed to make it bluish and shiny. I haven't found any luck with making Isla's shiny, but maybe someone else has discovered a miracle product! The one good thing about a cotton coat is that it's super soft, though, right?
