I agree with what was said about where to get your pup but also you mentioned this wouldn't be your first dog. I just know that owning a small/toy breed like a yorkie is very very different than any larger size dogs.
Yorkies will give you tons of love and affection but you are also require to spend time with them also. I would rec'd that you look around YT and see if a yorkie is right for you.
