Well I did ask and apparently the doc said that in NY they only administor shots that has it included - he said something like DDVP7 instead of DDVP5 (which is given in other states). Im not sure of the name of the shot, but i think its DDVLP (or maybe its the one you mentioned DHLP). He said that they cannot be given seperately.
