Poor baby
It may be that they got some hair down in the ear canal or that they trimmed it a little close and she is experience 'razor burn'. I'm not sure what you can do about it. Perhaps try calling your vets office and see if they have a recommendation. Or if you have a great groomer call them and tell them what's been going on, they may have a recommendation too.
