Great minds think alike! I must have been starting to type my "hypothyroid" response about the same time you posted. I wanted to ask if you are getting T3 in your thyroid meds? When I was just on T4 meds, my feet still hurt along with some other symptoms. But once I got T3 my feet stopped hurting. I was taking Synthroid with Cytomel originially. One doc took the Cytomel away saying I did not need it. My feet started hurting again, fatigue returned and others. I switched docs and now take Armour Thyroid -- a very old natural med with both T4 and T3. Seems some people do not convert the T4 to the T3 the body needs to use, as well as they should. So, taking the T3 direct in meds, helps a lot.
Seriously, if you are not getting T3 and you still have PF -- you might want to ask your doc about getting either Cytomel (synthetic T3) or switching to a med like Armour Thyroid or Naturethroid (they are made of pig thyroid -- not appetizing but very effective!).
