I am planning to take Thor to obedience school. We're having some "issues" and I need some perspective from a professional. I've heard good things about the ASPCA classes here. Someone I know has three really well trained dogs -- they're not newfies, they're the other kind -- anyway, he enters them in cart pulling contests and stuff like that, and he said he did all his training at the ASPCA.
They have two sets of classes, one for regular sized dogs, and one for small. I asked about Thor's safety if we just did a drop in, and they said all the dogs will be really far away from each other.
I know that's a lot of info given that I haven't even been to a class yet, but that's what I've got.
