Oh man we have too much food right now. Bought 2 racks of baby backs on sunday to cook. Bought a new roasting pan that was too big for the oven, so I only made one rack of ribs sun, then another rack last night, still have 1/2 rack left. Also had bought salmon to make sushi, ate a bit today. Then MIL is making this vietnamese thing, don't know what it's called in english. Basically looks like an omlette, but the egg part is actually batter, and there's ground pork, chili, garlic, bean sprouts in it. And she's making a lot.
