I hoping someone can help.

I have developed Plantar Fasciitis in both feet. The right being worse than the left. I am in so much pain, that I can't stand it anymore. It used to hurt when I got up in the morning or after sitting watching TV for a hour or so, but how the last few days, it hurts my right foot almost all the time. It hurt when I try to sleep too. We are self employed and have really crappy insurance...with a 5000.00 deductable each.

Has anyone had this and what did you do for it other than the excercises? I have tried almost everything that I can find on the internet for it for months now and I'm not getting any better, just worse.

I've been sitting here in tears almost all night and could use some suggestions.
