Maybe if you try putting an expen around her crate, leaving the door open and put a pee pee pad in the expen area, she will most likely use the pad to go to the bathroom on as opposed to where she is sleeping... as soon as you have her pee pad trained then you could remove the ex pen.... I never used a crate but give her time it hasnt been that long...
