This reminds me of something I saw this morning. It was a chilly morning. I saw an older lady walking her little chihuahua. She had on a coat and a scarf around her neck and they were walking down the sidewalk. The little chihuahua wasn't on a leash, but he was walking down the sidewalk right behind her. He was freezing. His little back was hunched up and I felt so sorry for him. There she was all bundled up in a coat and scarf and that little bitty thing didn't have anything to keep it warm.
I agree. If you're chilly, so is the puppy. It sometimes takes them a while to realize that they are cold, too. They are so busy investigating.
