Well my moms yorkie Cupcake is 4 years old and my mom had made an appointement witht he vet to get her double teeth removed and for some odd reason one fell out. So weird at 4 years of age her extra tooth fell out on its own. So now she only has one more to remove. But i understand why the vet would want to wait as well. My Bailey has 2 sets of extra teeth at 7 months but i have a feeling they won always be there.
