My boy yorkie tends to step in his pee - but my yorkies (1 boy & 1 girl) are potty trained to go outside though so they run around OUTSIDE after they step in it They've never stepped in poop that I know of. Buster is 9 months old and is just starting to pee "like a boy" which I think has helped him not step in his pee so much.
