Did the owner/groomer see his paws? Accidents happen, it is strange that they would flat out deny it. I groom my dogs myself, but my sis is a groomer and will come help me out when I need it, teach me what I don't know, and has a lot of really nice grooming tools. I don't know if I would do it without her to guide me. I also have not seen a professional use a dremel type tool on claws. I have only seen the clippers and a file. Of course I live in backward land. I thought the dremel stuff was more for pet owners?
