Hehe .... pardon my laughing at your problem
but been there done that
what you can do is put your pup in an enclosed space
and segregate a specific area for her to pee
pups at their age will have to go often
and usually you will be able to tell when she is getting ready to pee
and esp poop
immediately scoop her up and place her on the pad
and have a pee or poop party when she does .... YAAY!
