I used to get a free jab from work when I was in local govt, always had it as it was free, I don't think it made much difference.
Always got an annual cold, although I got swine flu last week and that sat me on my pants, I can truly say though that I have only had flu once before, most people say they have flu but just have a heavy cold.
The yearly jab I used to get was just that, each year its a different jab made up for whatever strain is expected that year.
I used to feel a bit iffy after the jab for a couple of days, I don't think I will have it again.
