I would definatley go back to the shelter if you just got her on Wednesday especially if you don't have any other dogs. It is not your responsibility to pay for there sick dogs and I would demand a full exam. Sorry, it makes me very mad when people sell sick dogs, the shelter if they had something going around, should have held her and all dogs untill whatever it was had been gone for a few weeks.
