I always find it amazing how an everyday housewife sitting around drinking coffee, tea, coke, ? feels they know more about a topic than someone who has spent 10, 20, 30 years specifically researching it.

I don't think that taking a defensive posture accomplishes much. Questions are being asked because there are those of us that would like to know more.
I know nothing about the OP, I'm not sure if you do. However, those everyday housewives siting around drinking coffee, tea, coke maybe a potential new Biewer owner.
This thread is a great opportunity to become a very educational one.
The conversation between YTCA and the Biewer Club was very civil and educational. YTCA asked questions and Biewer Members were more than willing to answer them. It was a great opportunity to bridge the gap, and left the door open to more constructive conversations and sharing of information.
