My Izzie went through the same phase when she gave birth last year..
Thats when our vet suggested to add green tripe to her food (canned by a brand called Nutripe) along with a modified version of the whelping pudding (but substituting the milk with goats milk)..

She would clean up her plate when her food is mashed well with the a teaspoon of Nutripe (we feed a combination of freeze dried raw and frozen raw meaty bones) and the whelping pudding helped the milk production.

We continue with the tripe mixing whenever Izzie or Charlie would not eat their food or if they need to take their meds (although the tripe we give now is fresh green tripe)..

But a word of warning - tripe smells really bad!!
