Hi all!
My yorkie had 5 pups via c-section 1 week ago. Since then she turns her nose up to her food and water. She used to be the dog that wants to eat anything and everything! I started giving her milk nutrition supplement for nursing dogs, which she will drink... but I know she needs more than that. I'm afraid her milk will dry up because I know she isn't getting enough even for her. The vet perscribed her a soft food that she will take maybe 3 bites of then refuse to eat again. He suggested I stop giving her the milk supplement but offered no solutions as to how to get her to eat enough and DRINK! Any suggestions??? THANKS!!!
