For all those who have pups with runny eyes, add organic apple cider vinegar to the drinking water. You can also add it to their food. I have 5 dogs and they really like it. Don't use the cheap stuff from the grocery store it has to be organic. It cuts those tears way down and the stinky skin under the eyes where the tears build up, that's bacteria and the vinegar takes care of that too. I would start it rite away, while he's on antibiotic.
