Yes there are quite a few floppy eared yorkies. Mine would be, but I shave her ears and they are about 3/4 of the way up. She will be 2 in January. It is normal. If you want to try to get them to stand up you can also tape them. I have never done this so not sure exactly how you do it. Of course it is no guarantee that they will stand up.
