Hi and Welcome.

I don't know if there is an exact temperature, but I go with the if I'm cold they are cold rule. They have lighter t- shirts, sweaters for when it's in the sixties and heavier ones when it gets colder. When it really cold they would rather snuggle in front of the fireplace.
