I don't like the fact that you have to wake him up and he appears to stumble around. Sounds like the beginning of hypoglycemia. He eats one and one half cans of food a day? That's a lot of dog food for the little guy, lol. Please read up on hypoglycemia and do keep nutical on hand. Iams is definitely not a dog food any dog should have. Vets don't seem to know much about nutrition anyway
