I couldn't make any kind of complaints, my Breeder claims all his ailments were contracted somehow during his flight to me? My Breeders Vet. that issued the Health Certicate claims that it is not lifetime gaurentee, that it claims his health @ the time it was issued only, sounds like BS. to me!
