I've never tried a waterless shampoo, but do use Chris Christensen's Show Off Self Rinse for cleaning those dirty hineys when needed.

You might try a Vinegar Rinse after shampoo. It does help in removing shampoo and cutting oiliness. 10 parts water to 1 part vinegar. Rinse Shampoo out, follow with vinegar rinse, then rerinse.
