My new puppy will be starting her shots over the course of the next month or so. She has a Yorkshire terrier cousin named Bailey. Bailey has had all of her shot and is in great health and very well taken care of.

My question is:

At what point in little Sadie's life can she go visit Bailey? Does she have to have all of her shots in order to play with an already vaccinated dog? I know she can't go around parks and trails because of strange dogs that might make her sick, but can she play with a healthy and well vaccinated dog before her rounds of shots are completely finished, or must i wait until she's had them all in her for the recommended extra two weeks??
