Well, I don't know about anyone else but in my case I had a 48 hr. deadline by my Breeder to take him to the Vet. it was specifically mentioned in the contract. Good thing during the first Vet. visit we found out he had Kennel Cough, tape worms and an ear infection, besides not being groomed, his nails had never been clipped/trimmed and he was 20 weeks old!
After I had confronted my Breeder regarding his condition, she claimed that was all normal. A Health Certificate accompanied him on paper he seemed perfectly fine, but in reality he was not!
