An update.... my husband started the P90X a little over a month ago and while I had my reservations on whether he actually could do it with his bad knee/leg, he has done really well! He's lost about 8 pounds or so but more importantly, he's definitely lost inches. He hasn't measured since starting but I can definitely see a difference. This program does kick butt though! There's no way I could do it.

I've been doing the 10 Minute Trainer for about 4 weeks or so (usually about 4 times a week) and while I haven't seen any weight loss, I think I am at least getting stronger. Haven't measured anything again since starting... waiting a little longer so I won't be disappointed.

I have to say though, all those people who are SO excited about exercising... Hello??? I absolutely hate every minute I'm doing it. Is that horrible?? I've never had to exercise before - always been quite small and petite - but the gut is creeping up on me big time so I knew I had to start doing something. Still don't like it though!

Maybe I'll like it more once this gut is history!
