Omg I am Stumped~~Looking for Answers !!!!

Okay, I have one little female that I am very concerned about and looking to see if anyone has experience this before. This is a new one on me!!!!

When she is feeding she has milk bubbling out of her nose. This only happens when she eats to fast. I have had to do supplemental feedings and when I feed her real slow this doesn't happen. I had her checked for a cleft and the vet said she sees nothing. Since, she is only 3 ounces and is dehydrated she just wanted to let nature run its course. But I am real concerned if she does make it will this be a life long problem??? So just wondering if any one can shead some light on this problem for me....
