I have to retract what I said earlier. I didn't realize that it had only been a week since he had been neutered. In that case, yes... it is possible. When they neuter, they remove the testicles. From my understanding, sperm is not stored there. It's stored in the vas deferens. So if (and he probably did) have some sperm there then it's possible for him to have bred her. I would definitely call the vet and have it checked out. It can take several weeks for it to be gone.
