i doubt you have to worry about the parvo test. its not that invasive.
However now your pup is constipated...quite the opposite of before huh? LOL
Are you still giving the flagyl? if you are you need to stop giving it now because he hasn't had a bowel movement for a while. Also the chicken can be constipating. Did you start transitioning his new diet in the chicken yet?
