Common sense should be used. If your backyard isn't fenced and other dogs have access to it then of course one should be careful about letting their not fully vaccinated puppy in the yard. |
That wasn't directed to you as I know Morgan is an adult now. I was asking the OP if there was a leash law in her neighborhood so she would know if her backyard was safe. Sorry for the confusion.
