If he has not eaten or had any water in 24 hours, he is probably dehydrated. Dehydration causes electrolyte imbalances which is very serious and can cause cardiac arrest. It sounds like he also had a reaction to being given multiple vaccinations at the same time.
He needs to be seen by a vet. Will your son and his wife help you with the cost?
