I charge 35 for a yorkie.Same for all small dogs unless severly matted.The smaller the dog the harder it is to groom. Most people don't understand this.If you trust this groomer and she is gentle and knowledgable then pay the 60. It sometimes takes me an hour and fifteen minutes to groom a tiny tiny yorkie after the bath where I can do a cocker in 30 min.Think of reparing a clock versus a tiny delecate wrist watch.I don't charge more for these little ones because people don't understand the logic. I just make up the difference on the ones people don't take care of and come in a matted mess those clients need to be chareged more and thus it can be easily justified.But to sum it up, 60 for a hair cut from a reputable trust worthy groomer is way less than a tiny broken leg or worse.
