I use a plastic bottle with coins in it when my dogs bark like crazy. Also a dog park would help socialize him. I have two senior girls, though, that I won't allow close to bigger dogs even if the larger dog is friendly. My girls are not friendly and might take a bite out of a leg. Who knows what might happen then. Typical Yorkie attitude....think they are bigger than what they are. Good luck.
