Default Scavenging poop...

LOL -- totally the right word!!! "Scavenging" - like a treasure hunt. And hey -- i'll take Anectodal or circumstantial stats!! Good news is (crossing fingers), seems to only hold fascination when she is "reminded" there is poop in the box, as in, when she is in right near the box, but she hasn't been rapidly laser-shot bee-lining to the box the way she does w/cat food.

Not to be gross, but we think it is, what my hub calls the "fresh-steamy-ones" or the "moister-meaty-ones" that attract her attentions, (which is really a matter of timing) not the come-home-from-work-older-crusties.

We clean every day AM & PM, but here's the kicker --

Old fat-cat is arrogant and know the others will bury his poop so he usually majestically squirrels one off and leaves it until a "lesser-kitty" in the hierarchy hides it.

animal kingdom at my house!!!!!! Cracks us up daily!
