wow i hope petsmart paid for the vet bill !!that s**t my baby was fine tell i took her to petsmart and 3 day later she started bitting her hair off her back legs and the vet still dont know way and the more i here about petsmart i know it is some thing they did !!! but i would tell every one i know about what they did and how they cut your baby ear wow that makes me mad just to know that groomer's can get a way with that .....that's would be just as bad if you went to get your hair cut and your hair styles cut your ear just makes me want to reach out and slap those careless people .am like you i want to learn how to groomer my baby to and not put her in someone elso'es hands
