Oh my goodness! Yes Moose's vet diagnosed the luxating patella manually, she said that he has loose, "floating" kneecaps all around actually. So I guess they do the x-rays right before surgery then. Thanks for your info! All the extra info and details from people that went through it help so much.

So how did everything turn out with your baby? Was it just the one knee? And is everything fine now after the surgery?
